  These people should have their slogan be "We will find stuff wrong with your house even if it's stuff that doesn't matter!" 1 of 4 light bulbs missing from ceiling fan? Crack in siding , it is sealed. Seriously? 70 pages worth of the same CRAP. People need to know if the house is structurally sound and safe to live in - Not be scared away by DUMB obvious stuff that is cosmetic and doesn't matter !!!

  I found that the inspector was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to go over any concerns I may have had. The inspection was thorough and I feel like we covered everything in the home.
